President & CEO

Minerva De Lauren, B.S., M.S.

 
   
   

In 2005, Ms.  Minerva Delauren became the President and CEO of J. Madison-Bentley, as appointed by our founder J. Lara Juanillo.     Ms. Delauren is a successful healthcare provider in Bonita (San Diego) California.     She holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Traditional Oriental Medicine and completing her doctoral studies.    She also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography (cum laude)  and a  Masters in Environmental Science and Marine Pollution. 

Ms. Delauren served as the Vice-President of Sales for J. Madison-Bentley from 2002-2005 working in partnership with J. Lara Juanillo.   Prior to JMB, Ms. Delauren spent  11 years in the sales  and marketing field.    She was also a professor of chemistry & mathematics and worked in a scientific health research department for a large pharmaceutical firm.     

In 1990, as director for an energy company in Irvine, California, she worked with the Banco de Comercio Exterior (Exterior Commerce Bank) in servicing and managing U.S. and global investors into Mexico.  She was also an advisor in environmental health and management for major clients such as Pepsi Cola, Coca-Cola, Xerox,  Sony and Kyocera Corporation. 

In 1992, she started her own environmental health consulting firm, International Environmental Resources (IER).  IER had consulting offices in Washington D.C., San Diego, and Mexico.  In 1996, her firm was considered for nomination for the Fastest Growing Minority Business Award by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C.
